Logical Analysis of Legal Documents. Part 1
The previous paper contained the system-defined analysis of article 2 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child [1]. This statement highlights the basic provisions of the article «Logical Analysis of Legal Documents. Part 2» published on site http: //www.avkrasn.ru/:
1. Articles 15 and 16 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child are in conflict with article 12 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
2. Part 1 of Article 2 of the Convention is in conflict with part 4 of article 40 of the said Convention (internal conflicts in the Convention).
3. Articles 15 and 16 collectively with article 1 of the Convention represent the logical paradoxes.
Previously, the paper [1] set forth that the translation of article 2 of the Convention from the English into Russian was not equivalent. Moreover, article 2 of the Convention (set of assertions) in Russian contains a senseless assertion.
